That's History, Babe! is an independent history podcast exploring the people, events, and ideas that have shaped our world. Combining historical research with conversational storytelling, the show brings complex subjects to life through long-form audio and video episodes.
As co-creator and producer, I oversee nearly every stage of the production process, from editorial planning and narrative development to recording, post-production, publication, and visual presentation. My responsibilities include developing episode structures, coordinating assignments with three freelance researchers, reviewing research materials, and editing audio and video in Adobe Audition and Premiere Pro.
In June 2026, I redesigned our editorial and post-production workflows, introducing standardized research templates, production processes, and editing practices to improve consistency and support a more sustainable release schedule.
Through October 2026, we've produced 31 main-feed episodes and two bonus episodes while developing an engaged audience across YouTube, Spotify, Acast, and Patreon.
